Question 1

What is a hotel buyout, and what is included?

Accepted Answer

A hotel buyout reserves the entire hotel for one group. At The Muse, all nine suites, the courtyard pool, six-person hot tub and shared gathering spaces are exclusively yours. Breakfast, parking and Wi-Fi are included. Daily housekeeping is included. Experiences are arranged separately.

Question 2

How many guests can rent the entire hotel?

Accepted Answer

The Muse accommodates up to 22 overnight guests across nine suites and nine bathrooms. Smaller groups can also book the whole property. Compare the individual suite layouts and confirm room assignments and rollaway placement before booking. Overnight capacity is not permission for additional event visitors.

Question 3

How much does a Palm Springs hotel buyout cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on dates, stay length, availability and selected services. Check buyout dates for a complete quote, then divide it among guests sharing the bill. The calculator is a planning estimate, not a live rate. Daily housekeeping is included. Review taxes, fees, payment dates and cancellation terms in your quote.

Question 4

Is a hotel buyout different from a room block or vacation rental?

Accepted Answer

A room block reserves selected rooms with common areas usually shared. A full Muse buyout reserves all nine suites and shared spaces for your group. Separate suites offer privacy between courtyard gatherings. Compare beds, bathrooms, kitchens and the complete cost when choosing between a hotel buyout and a vacation house.

Question 5

Can we bring our own drinks, food or outside vendors?

Accepted Answer

You can bring your own drinks and food for your Muse stay. Most suites have kitchens, and the property has shared gathering areas for time together. Not all hotels allow guests to bring their own drinks, so compare each property’s rules when planning. Confirm catering, outside vendors, decorations and any setup requirements with The Muse before making arrangements.

Question 6

Can we book a hotel takeover for a celebration?

Accepted Answer

A full hotel takeover can bring together a bachelorette weekend, birthday trip, girls getaway or family reunion. Exclusive use does not remove house rules. Only verified hotel guests may be on the property. Observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM Pacific and coordinate music, decorations and service vendors with the hotel in advance. Plan transportation for downtown dining and allow time for everyone to get ready in their separate suites.

Question 7

Where is The Muse, and what can our group do nearby?

Accepted Answer

The Muse Hotel is at 537 S Grenfall Rd in Palm Springs, California, a 5-minute drive to downtown. Plan outings to downtown restaurants, Palm Canyon Drive shops and local attractions around time by the pool. Browse the Palm Springs weekend guide and handpicked experiences for ideas. Check current travel times, opening hours and service availability for your dates.

Question 8

What if dates or guest numbers change?

Accepted Answer

A buyout reserves the whole property, so fewer guests generally means fewer people splitting the same total unless the reservation is changed under its terms. Confirm the cancellation policy and payment schedule before booking. If the whole hotel is unavailable, ask about alternate dates or individual suites; separate suite bookings do not guarantee exclusive use of common areas.
