In accordance with 🌴 Palm Springs city regulations, all guests are required to complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. The Muse Hotel will contact you to manage these requirements after your booking is finalized. ❇ Pet Policy: Up to two pets are welcome per room. Pre-approval is required with an additional fee of $100 for the first pet and $25 for the second pet per stay. Unapproved pets will result in a $500 fine per pet. All pets must be taken off hotel grounds for relief, and waste must be disposed of in proper containers. Pets should never be left unattended. ❇ Parking: Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis with 8 spots provided onsite. ❇ Quiet Hours: Amplified music is not allowed outside of your hotel room. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the rooms). Night time hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. Please remember our neighborhoods are quiet, surrounded by mountains and voices can easily carry. ❇ POOL TIME: Pool time is one of the most popular activities to enjoy in Palm Springs. Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level. Continued and ongoing screaming for an extended period of time is one way to disturb the neighbors. Please be thoughtful. Pool hours are from 8AM-10PM daily. [IMPORTANT INFORMATION] ☼ Children are welcome when you book the entire property. ☼ Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property, with a $300 fine for violations. ☼ Adherence to occupancy and noise limitations is mandatory, with fines up to $10,000 per infringement. ☼ Identification and security deposits may be requested post-booking. ☼ All instances of Credit Card Fraud will be reported and pursued legally. ☼ Pool use is at guests’ own risk, with strict adherence to our safety guidelines required. Cancellation policy: If you cancel at least 30 days before your 4 PM check-in time, you’ll receive a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before 4 PM on your check-in day will be eligible for a 50% refund, also subject to the 5% processing fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before 4 PM on your check-in day. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before 4 PM on your check-in day, a full refund will be issued, less the 5% processing fee.
