What is included with every stay?

Grab-and-go breakfast from Aspen Mills, daily housekeeping, free Wi-Fi and free parking are included with every stay. Every suite has air conditioning and a smart TV.

What is in the courtyard?

The courtyard is the heart of The Muse: a pool, a six-person hot tub, an outdoor fireplace, a pergola with swings, a BBQ grill, a self-service bar and plenty of lounge seating. The pool is open 8AM to 10PM daily.

Is there a front desk?

No. Check-in is contactless: you complete a virtual check-in before arrival and your arrival code is emailed to you. An on-call concierge answers by phone, text or email from 6AM to 10PM on weekdays and 6AM to midnight on weekends.

Is there an indoor place for the group to gather?

Yes. The community room has a 72-inch table with booth seating, a mini fridge and a large-screen TV you can stream to or mirror your phone on.

How is The Muse different from a large resort?

The Muse is a nine-suite boutique hotel around one shared courtyard, with contactless self check-in and an on-call concierge instead of a front desk. There is no onsite staff beyond housekeeping, and grab-and-go breakfast and daily housekeeping are included with every stay.

Which suites have a full kitchen?

Six suites have full kitchens: Bowie, Barbie, Brigitte, Audrey, Marilyn and Taylor. Sophia has a kitchenette, Edie has a mini-fridge and microwave, and Kate has a bar area with a mini-fridge.

Which suites have a private yard?

Four king suites have private fenced backyards: Brigitte, Audrey, Marilyn and Taylor.

Which suite sleeps the most guests?

The Duo Suite sleeps up to five with two king beds and two bathrooms. Kate, the only suite with two queen beds, sleeps four. Sophia and Bowie sleep three with an optional XL twin rollaway.

Is The Muse pet friendly?

Yes, with prior approval. Individual suites allow up to two dogs ($100 for the first and $25 for the second, per stay), and full buyouts allow up to four ($100 for the first and $25 for each additional, per stay). Dogs must leave the property for relief and are never left unattended.

Is there a pink suite?

Yes. The Barbie Suite has a king bed and a full kitchen and is seriously pink throughout.

Can we rent the entire hotel?

Yes. A Palm Springs hotel buyout reserves all nine suites and nine bathrooms for up to 22 guests, with exclusive use of the courtyard pool and hot tub.

Who books the whole hotel?

The whole hotel can be booked for bachelorette parties, milestone birthdays, girls trips, adult family reunions and micro weddings with hotel approval. Every guest must be 21 or older.

How do I book direct?

Choose your dates on our site and book up to two suites online. For three or more suites, call or email us; a promo code may be available.

What is the cancellation policy for suites?

Suite stays are paid in full at booking. Cancel at least 48 hours before check-in for a full refund; after that the stay is non-refundable. A $200 card authorization hold per suite is placed 24 hours before check-in and released 3 days after checkout.

Is there a minimum stay for a weekend buyout?

Yes. Weekend hotel buyouts require at least two nights.

What are the house rules?

Only verified hotel guests may be on the property. Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM, smoking is prohibited inside and outside, and parties, events and commercial photo shoots are not allowed during individual suite stays.

Can I reserve several suites without buying out the hotel?

Yes. Book up to two suites online, or call or email for three or more. Suite stays share the pool and courtyard with other guests; a buyout makes them private.
