The buyout rate is for the property, not per head, a headcount change does not change your rate. Buyouts booked more than 30 days out are confirmed with a 50% deposit plus a 5% non-refundable booking fee. Cancel more than 30 days before arrival for a full refund of the deposit; the booking fee is not refunded. The balance invoice is sent 37 days before arrival, the balance is due 30 days before arrival, and from then the stay is non-refundable. Buyouts booked within 30 days are paid in full at booking, non-refundable, with no booking fee.
