What is the Duo Suite?

The Duo is two of our nine suites combined into one: two rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. That means zero arguments about who showers first.

• The Bowie Suite is the largest suite at The Muse, with a separate bedroom. Think blue velvet headboard, warm brown walls and a ceiling fan.

• The Edie Suite is the bright one: a white bed, a red accent wall, red pillows and a sputnik light. It has a mini-fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker.

Book the Duo and both are yours. Up to 5 guests can stay with the optional rollaway.

Who is a 2 bedroom suite best for?

• Two couples traveling together. Each couple gets a bedroom and a bathroom. Breakfast is the only meeting on the schedule.

• Friends who like a door that closes. The night owl and the 6AM runner can both be happy.

• A small birthday crew. Four or five friends, one reservation, one pool.

• The trip planner who always ends up on the couch. Not this time. Give the rollaway to whoever booked the latest flight.

What should you do with a weekend in the Duo?

Start slow. Coffee in Edie, then the pool before the afternoon heat. In-room massages run 60 or 90 minutes per person and book at least 48 hours ahead, so set those up before you arrive. Have the fridge stocked so the first evening is snacks in the courtyard, not a supermarket.

Dinner downtown on Palm Canyon Drive is minutes away by car. Come back for the hot tub. Saturday is for the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway or an early hike, then a long pool session and a nap in whichever bedroom is closer.
