Palm Springs bachelorette party FAQs

Stay & suites

What is the best hotel for a Palm Springs bachelorette party?

The Muse is a pink, adults-only boutique hotel in Palm Springs with nine individually designed suites. Buy out all nine suites for up to 22 overnight guests and the courtyard pool and six-person hot tub are yours alone, with no other hotel guests. See the hotel buyout.

How many people can stay for a bachelorette weekend?

Up to 22 overnight guests across nine suites, nine bathrooms, 10 beds and two rollaways. Smaller groups can book the whole hotel too.

Where does the bride sleep?

Any suite can be hers. Brigitte, Audrey, Marilyn and Taylor are king suites with a private fenced backyard and a full kitchen, and the Barbie Suite is a king suite with a full kitchen that is seriously pink throughout.

Can the bridesmaids share rooms?

Yes. Kate is the only suite with two queen beds and sleeps four, Sophia and Bowie take an XL twin rollaway for a third guest, and every suite has its own bathroom.

Can we book just a few suites instead of the whole hotel?

Yes. Book up to two suites online, or call or email for three or more; a promo code may be available. Individual suite stays share the pool, hot tub and courtyard with other guests, and parties are not allowed during suite stays. A full hotel buyout gives your group exclusive use.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes. Every guest must be 21 or older, including on full hotel buyouts.

Does sleeping 22 mean everyone gets their own bed?

No. The hotel has 10 beds and two rollaways across nine suites, so a group of 22 shares beds. Plan room assignments before booking.

How many bathrooms are there for getting ready?

Nine. Every suite has its own bathroom, so a full buyout gives your group nine. The Duo Suite (Edie and Bowie connected) includes two of them.

Pool & parties

Will we have the pool to ourselves?

On a full buyout, yes: the courtyard pool and six-person hot tub are exclusively yours. During individual suite stays they are shared with other guests. The pool is open 8AM to 10PM daily.

Can we play music and decorate?

Music is welcome at a reasonable volume until 10PM, and quiet hours run 10PM to 8AM. For decorations, ask about our suite decor experience, and get hotel approval first for any setup or outside vendor.

Is there a place for games and getting ready together?

The community room has a 72-inch table with booth seating, a mini fridge and a large-screen TV, and the courtyard has a pergola with swings, an outdoor fireplace and a self-service bar.

Can friends who are not staying join the party?

No. Only verified hotel guests may be on the property, up to 22 overnight guests.

Can we bring our own drinks?

Yes. The courtyard has a self-service bar and six suites have full kitchens, and full buyouts can add a private bartender. Confirm any catering, bartender or outside vendor with us in advance.

Bach extras

What experiences can we add to a bachelorette weekend?

Glam squad, a photography experience, suite decor, in-room massage, private yoga, bike rentals and Stock the Fridge. Browse experiences.

Which extras are only for buyouts?

Private bartending, a private hibachi dinner and Party on Wheels are offered for full hotel buyouts.

How far ahead should we book extras?

Give at least three days' notice when possible. Couples massage needs at least 48 hours' notice and private yoga at least three days.

Is breakfast included?

Yes. Grab-and-go breakfast from Aspen Mills and daily housekeeping are included with every stay.

Can we cook our own meals?

Yes. Six suites have full kitchens and the courtyard has a BBQ grill, so brunch in or a poolside cookout is easy.

What does the private bartender include?

Offered on full buyouts: three hours of service, one bartender, a bar setup and a menu of up to three cocktails, with mixers, garnishes, ice, drinkware, setup and cleanup. Alcohol is separate.

What is Party on Wheels?

A two-hour bar cruise for up to 14 people, offered on full hotel buyouts. Food and drinks are separate.

Can hair and makeup come to the hotel?

Yes. Our glam squad experience brings hair and makeup to The Muse, so the group can get ready together.

Dates & booking

Is there a minimum stay for a bachelorette buyout?

Weekend hotel buyouts require at least two nights.

How do we split the cost?

Check your dates for a live total, then divide it among the guests sharing the bill. Booked more than 30 days out, a 50% deposit plus a 5% non-refundable booking fee confirms your buyout and the balance is due 30 days before arrival.

When is the best time for a Palm Springs bachelorette party?

Pick dates that fit your group. If you want a festival weekend, Coachella 2027 runs April 9 to 11 and April 16 to 18, and Stagecoach 2027 runs April 23 to 25, both at the Empire Polo Club in Indio. Weekend buyouts require at least two nights. See our Palm Springs bachelorette guide.

How far is The Muse from downtown nightlife?

About a 5-minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, near the restaurants and shops of Palm Canyon Drive.

What if someone drops out?

A buyout reserves the whole hotel, so a smaller group means fewer people sharing the same total unless the reservation is changed under its terms.

Palm Springs Bachelorette Parties, The Whole Hotel Yours

Palm Springs
Bachelorette Party

The Muse Hotel Palm Springs was built to solve exactly that problem. Nine suites on a single property, all of them opening onto the same courtyard pool. A full hotel buyout for groups of 10 to 22 that puts the entire property exclusively in the hands of one group: every suite, the pool, the hot tub, the courtyard, the fireplace, all of it. No other guests on the property. Hotel-level reliability built into every stay.

What Makes The Muse Hotel the Right Bachelorette Venue

One property, nine suites, nine bathrooms. Together when you want to be, and somewhere quiet to crash when you’re tapped out.
Everyone wants to be under one roof. Nobody wants to share a bathroom with eleven other people for three days. The Muse solves both. Nine suites, nine bathrooms, every room just steps to the pool. The group all together, and nobody’s stuck under the stairs on a blowup mattress.

The whole hotel is yours.
Book the full buyout and the property is yours from check-in to check-out. The pool, the courtyard, and every outdoor space belong to your group alone, with no one to work around when the party moves outside. The courtyard pool, the six-person hot tub, the outdoor fireplace, the pergola, the BBQ grill, and the self-serve bar are all yours for the whole stay.

Hotel reliability, not the rental gamble.
The Muse delivers what vacation rentals promise and rarely produce: photos that match the property, a pool that is maintained, breakfast that actually arrives every morning from local favorite Aspen Mills, optional daily housekeeping selected when booking, and a concierge who picks up the phone.

Adults-only individual stays.
The Muse is adults-only across all individual bookings. For a bachelorette party, that means the property's energy is set entirely by whoever is in residence. All guests on a full hotel buyout must be 21 or older. The courtyard is not a public space. The adults-only bachelorette hotel Palm Springs experience at The Muse is the difference between a property that tolerates celebration and one that was built for it.

Bachelorette Party Hotel Palm Springs

Choosing your stay
Where should we stay for a Palm Springs bachelorette party?
Choose a place that fits your overnight guest count, bed-sharing preferences, budget and need for privacy. The Muse Hotel Palm Springs offers nine individually styled suites in Palm Springs. A full hotel buyout accommodates up to 22 overnight guests and reserves the shared spaces exclusively for your group.
Is The Muse an alternative to an Airbnb or Vrbo bachelorette house?
A full Muse buyout is an alternative for groups comparing Palm Springs Airbnb or Vrbo rentals. You reserve an entire nine-suite hotel with nine bathrooms and exclusive courtyard pool access. Compare each option's actual beds, total price, services and house rules; rental properties and booking terms vary.
What is the difference between a hotel buyout and a room block?
A room block generally reserves a set of rooms, while other guests may still use the hotel. A full Muse buyout reserves all nine suites and the shared property for your group. Booking several individual suites does not provide the same exclusivity.
Can we book individual suites for a smaller bachelorette group?
Yes, subject to availability and each suite's occupancy limit. Individual reservations share the courtyard pool, hot tub and common spaces with other hotel guests. Choose a full buyout if exclusive use of those areas is essential to your plans.
How should we compare a bachelorette rental house with The Muse?
Compare beds and room assignments, bathroom count, kitchen facilities, pool privacy, permitted activities and the complete stay price. The Muse has nine suites and nine bathrooms rather than one shared house layout. Confirm your group's must-have features before selecting either option.
Beds, bathrooms & your group
Can The Muse accommodate a bachelorette group of 12, 16, 20 or 22?
A full hotel buyout accommodates up to 22 overnight guests across nine suites. Groups of 12, 16 or 20 can also reserve the whole property. Check the room-by-room sleeping arrangements before booking, especially if some friends prefer not to share beds.
Does sleeping 22 mean everyone gets a separate bed?
No. The hotel has 10 beds and two rollaways across nine suites. The maximum guest count assumes the available sleeping arrangements, including shared beds. Agree on room assignments and bed sharing with your group before reserving.
How many bathrooms are available for getting ready?
The Muse has nine bathrooms across its nine suites. That gives your group separate places to shower and get ready before dinner or a night out. Coordinate suite assignments and any hair, makeup or photography appointments in advance.
Which suites have private outdoor space?
Brigitte, Audrey, Marilyn and Taylor each have a private fenced backyard. These are individual suite features, separate from the courtyard pool area. A full buyout also gives your group exclusive use of the shared courtyard and hot tub.
Do all the suites have the same kitchen and layout?
No. Suite layouts, sleeping arrangements and kitchen facilities differ. Most suites have kitchens; Edie has a mini-fridge and microwave. Review the exact suite descriptions and confirm essential equipment before planning meals or assigning rooms.
Private pool & hotel amenities
Can we have a private pool for our Palm Springs bachelorette weekend?
Yes. A full Muse hotel buyout reserves the courtyard pool and six-person hot tub exclusively for your group. Individual suite bookings share them with other guests. Confirm that your reservation is a full buyout if private pool access is a priority.
What are the pool hours?
Pool hours are 8AM to 10PM. Follow the posted rules and current arrival instructions, and ask about conditions for your travel dates.
What amenities are included in the full hotel buyout?
Your group has all nine suites, exclusive courtyard pool and hot tub access, shared property spaces, complimentary parking and Wi-Fi. Grab-and-go breakfast from Aspen Mills is included. Confirm any optional services in your specific quote.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, you can bring food and drinks for your stay. Kitchen facilities vary by suite, so plan around the rooms you reserve. Confirm any catering, bartender, vendor or special setup with the hotel before booking it.
Is there a restaurant breakfast or daily housekeeping included?
Complimentary grab-and-go breakfast from Aspen Mills is included. Breakfast and daily housekeeping are included.
Activities, décor & celebrations
What can we do during a Palm Springs bachelorette weekend?
Combine time by the pool with downtown dining, shopping and a city outing. At The Muse, ask about optional yoga, massage, private dining, photography or celebration décor. Keep some open time so guests can enjoy the hotel and rest between plans.
Can we arrange a private chef, bartender or yoga session?
The Muse offers optional experiences, including private dining, a bartender for full buyouts, yoga and massage. Availability, prices, lead times and setup requirements vary. Confirm the exact service and whether it requires a full buyout before adding it to your itinerary.
Can we decorate the suites or bring outside vendors?
Ask the hotel to approve your decorations, delivery timing, installation method and vendor arrangements before purchasing or booking them. Share your proposed setup, including balloons, signs, photography, hair and makeup or catering. A buyout does not automatically approve every event setup.
Does a private hotel buyout mean we can have an unrestricted party?
No. Exclusive use means the shared spaces are reserved for your group; property rules still apply. Confirm music, quiet hours, visitors and celebration plans before booking. Do not assume the overnight capacity is permission to host additional event guests.
What is a simple two-night bachelorette itinerary?
On arrival day, settle into suites and keep dinner easy. Use the next day for breakfast, pool time, an optional experience and a downtown dinner. Leave time for breakfast and packing before checkout. This is a planning suggestion; activities and services are arranged separately.
Budget, dates & booking
How much does a Palm Springs bachelorette hotel buyout cost?
The price depends on your dates, stay length and reservation terms. Check buyout dates for a quote covering all nine suites. Review the total, taxes, fees, housekeeping and optional extras instead of assuming a fixed nightly or per-person rate.
How do we calculate the per-person cost?
Divide the complete lodging total by the number of guests contributing, then budget separately for travel, meals and experiences. Agree on how to handle different room types, late arrivals and the bride's share. The buyout page's calculator is a planning estimate, not a booking quote.
What if someone drops out of our group?
Review the reservation's cancellation and change terms before collecting money. A change in your group's headcount does not automatically change the booked property's price. Agree privately on how the remaining guests will cover costs and contact the hotel about any requested reservation changes.
How early should we book a bachelorette weekend?
Start once you have a realistic guest count and a few possible dates. A full buyout requires all nine suites to be available for the same stay. Check dates directly and keep alternatives in mind; availability and minimum-stay requirements depend on the reservation.
What should we confirm before paying for a buyout?
Confirm dates, overnight guest count, room assignments, the complete price, payment schedule, cancellation terms and housekeeping. Also confirm any vendors, decorations, visitors or activities that need approval. Use the terms supplied for your exact reservation rather than assumptions from another property's listing.
Location, arrival & special requests
Where is The Muse relative to downtown Palm Springs and the airport?
The Muse is a 5-minute drive to downtown at 537 S Grenfall Rd, Palm Springs, CA 92264. Palm Springs International Airport is approximately seven minutes away by car, depending on traffic. Check the route for your specific outing.
Is parking included, and how should our group get around?
Complimentary parking is included. Follow your arrival instructions and confirm arrangements if your group brings several vehicles. Coordinate rides for dinners and outings, and check current transport availability for your dates rather than assuming everyone can travel together in one vehicle.
How do check-in and help during our stay work?
The Muse uses contactless arrival and remote concierge support. Follow the access instructions and check-in and checkout times on your reservation. The concierge can be reached by phone, text or email; use the current instructions for support hours and contact details.
Can pets join our group?
Full hotel buyouts welcome up to four pets at no additional fee. All guests must be 21 or older. Pets must leave the property for relief, including when staying in a private-yard suite. Individual suite stays follow the individual-stay pet policy.
How do we confirm accessibility or other essential needs?
Contact the hotel before reserving to discuss the exact suite's access, steps, bathroom layout and any other essential features. Room layouts differ. Share dietary or other service requests in advance so you can confirm what is available for your stay.
