Pets must leave the property for relief, waste disposed of properly, and pets may not be left unattended. Parking: Eight spots on-site, first-come, first-served. Free street parking on Grenfell Rd. Quiet Hours: Amplified music is not permitted outside your suite or audible at the property lines at any time. After 10pm, please move inside or keep it to indoor voices. This is a quiet neighborhood surrounded by mountains. Voices carry further than you'd expect. Pool Hours: 8am to 10pm daily. Keep the energy at a level your neighbors would appreciate. Important: Guests under 15 are not permitted. Smoking prohibited inside and outside ($500 fine). Occupancy and noise limits strictly enforced (fines up to $10,000). ID and security deposit may be requested after booking. Pool use is at guests' own risk.
