Getting around Palm Springs from our hotel is a total breeze, especially with all the transportation options we’ve got lined up for you. Fancy a leisurely way to take in the scenic views? Walking and biking are perfect for that, and good news – we offer rental bikes right here, so you can easily pedal around the neighborhood. If you’re aiming to venture further out or want to visit some of the fantastic attractions nearby, ride-sharing services like Uber are readily available, along with traditional taxis for a comfy and efficient journey. For those interested in exploring even more of the city, public transportation is a convenient and budget-friendly choice. In accordance with Palm Springs city regulations, all guests are required to complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form before arrival. After your booking is finalized, the Muse Hotel will reach out to you to manage these requirements.
Pet Policy:
Up to 3 pets per buyout are welcome. Pre-approval and an additional fee of $100 for the first pet and $25 for any additional pets per stay plus a $300 deposit are required. Unapproved pets will result in a $500 fine per pet. All pets must be taken off hotel grounds for relief, and waste must be disposed of in proper containers. Pets should not be left unattended at anytime.
Parking:
Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis with 8 spots provided onsite.
Quiet Hours:
Amplified music is not allowed outside of your hotel room. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the rooms). Please, do not bring speakers outside and crank up the music, even if you think everyone will enjoy it. If your neighbors can hear music, you are in violation of the City Ordinance.
Night time hours are between 10 pm and 10 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. Please remember our neighborhoods are quiet, surrounded by mountains and voices can easily carry. A call from the neighbors to the City will bring the Vacation Rental Compliance Officers to your door. The officers may issue you a citation if you exceed the allowed noise levels or if another violation is observed. So please, keep the noise down and be considerate of the neighbors. You may be on vacation, but other occupants in homes around your vacation home may not be.
POOL TIME: Pool time is one of the most popular activities to enjoy in Palm Springs. Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level. Continued and ongoing screaming for an extended period of time is one way to disturb the neighbors. Please be thoughtful. Pool hours are from 8AM-10PM daily.

– Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property, with a $500 fine for violations. Smoke Monitors can be found in each room.
– Adherence to occupancy and noise limitations is mandatory, with fines up to $10,000 per infringement. Noise monitors can be found in each room.
– Identification and security deposits may be requested post-booking.
– All instances of Credit Card Fraud will be reported and pursued legally.
Accidental Damage Protection: Your reservation includes a non-refundable plan covering accidental damage to the property (up to $100) caused by you or your party. It excludes damages from intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or pet-related incidents. This coverage does not apply to stays over 28 days or those requiring a security deposit.
