If you’re aiming to venture further out or want to visit some of the fantastic attractions nearby, ride-sharing services like Uber are readily available, along with traditional taxis for a comfy and efficient journey. In accordance with Palm Springs city regulations, all guests are required to complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. The Muse Hotel will contact you to manage these requirements after your booking is finalized.
Pet Policy:
Up to 3 house-trained pets are welcome. Pre-approval and an additional fee of $100 for the first pet and $25 for any additional pets per stay plus a $300 deposit are required. Unapproved pets will result in a $500 fine per pet. All pets must be taken off hotel grounds for relief, and waste must be disposed of in proper containers.
Parking:
Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis with 8 spots provided onsite.
Quiet Hours:
Amplified music is not allowed outside of your hotel room. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the rooms). Please, do not bring speakers outside and crank up the music, even if you think everyone will enjoy it. If your neighbors can hear music, you are in violation of the City Ordinance.
Night time hours are between 10 pm and 10 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. Please remember our neighborhoods are quiet, surrounded by mountains and voices can easily carry. A call from the neighbors to the City will bring the Vacation Rental Compliance Officers to your door. The officers may issue you a citation if you exceed the allowed noise levels or if another violation is observed. So please, keep the noise down and be considerate of the neighbors. You may be on vacation, but other occupants in homes around your vacation home may not be.
POOL TIME: Pool time is one of the most popular activities to enjoy in Palm Springs. Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level. Continued and ongoing screaming for an extended period of time is one way to disturb the neighbors. Please be thoughtful. Pool hours are from 8AM-10PM daily.
